As a Mini-Resort, we only have 3 RV lots and one "cabin" — a travel trailer.
We supply the beautiful and spacious grounds including pool, hot-tub, pool table, bar/clubhouse (BYOB).
10 minutes from downtown Sebring and shopping.
Our 12.5 acres are fully fenced in. Nice for walking.
We're dog-friendly. Dogs can run free. But please be responsible for your dog.
Events: We're too small to schedule events — by time we listed one, we'd be full. The events are what you make. Get some of your camping friends to meet up here. That's when weekends tend to be the most fun.
Please ask about exclusive gay male, clothing optional dates.
Generally, a social every Saturday night (BYOB) with campground guests and local friends but feel free to be hermit.

Available Dates
HipCamp and Airbnb work well when you already know your travel dates, but they aren't very helpful for quickly seeing what is currently available.

Big Rigs Coming South on US-27 from Lake Wales
At the overpass and traffic lights where US-27 meets Route 60 in Lake Wales, continue south on US-27.
Proceed 21.2 miles (past Frost Proof and before Avon Park) to a traffic light at County Road 17A West Truck Route, then turn left. (W. Striker RD would be a right, but don't take that)
Proceed 1.9 miles, over railroad tracks, then follow the main road around a 90 degree bend to the right.
Proceed 1.9 miles, through one stop sign, at the next stop sign, make a left onto rt 17 (E. Cornell St).
Follow rt 17 for 5.6 miles through several bends but no traffic lights or stop signs, then (1.3 miles after crossing railroad tracks) make a left onto Arbuckle Creek Rd. This is actually an access Rd to Arbuckle Creek Rd. Follow this a short distance (500 ft), then take another left onto Arbuckle Creek Rd.
Proceed 1.3 miles (crossing railroad tracks) to a stop sign, and make a right onto Martain Luther King Blvd.
After 0.4 miles, take your first left onto Cindys Lane.
On the left, just past one house, our fenced wooded area, then a knull, our gated driveway will be on the left, with plenty of room to pull in.

Big Rigs Coming North on 27
Before reaching Sebring, you'll come to a traffic light at Routes 66 & 98.
Proceed 3.1 miles to the next traffic light (not counting the fire station signal), then veer right onto Sebring Parkway.
You'll then encounter a tight traffic circle. Larger rigs may technically use both lanes, but many drivers are unaware of this - use caution. Proceed straight through the circle.
Continue straight through the following traffic lights:
- Desoto Rd
- Youth Care Ln
- Kenilworth Blvd
- Commerce Ave & School
At the next traffic light, E Center Ave, turn right. Cross the train tracks, go up a short hill, a stop sign.
Turn left onto Martin Luther King Blvd.
Proceed through two stop signs (E.O. Douglass Ave and Lemon Ave). This area can be busy with pedestrians and double-parked vehicles - please drive slowly and remain patient.
Continue straight through a third stop sign at Sunnyland Dr (on the left) and Cemetery Rd (on the right).
Continue straight for 0.6 miles, including a short downhill stretch, then turn right onto Cindys Lane.

Big Rigs Coming North/West from Okeechobee on 98N
From Okeechobee, follow 98N for 31.8 miles into Lolita, then make a right onto Arbuckle Creek Rd.
In 1.2 miles, turn left onto (what is still) Arbuckle Creek Rd.
Travel 12.7 miles to the frist stop sign, and make a left onto Martin Luther King Blvd.
After 0.4 miles, take your first left onto Cindys Lane.

- Dogs may run free on the property. Please supervise your dog at all times and ensure they do not approach other guests without permission. Respect other guests' preferences regarding interaction with pets.
- Trash
- Use any of the three trash cans across the main drive, partially hidden by trees. The county does not recycle. Please do not leave trash outside your RV unless secured—dogs may get into it.
- Pool
- Unheated; uses saltwater or chlorine depending on water temperature.
- Hot tub
- Please rinse before use. Close the lid after use when daytime temperatures are below 70°F.
- Outdoor shower
- Located next to the pool. Water may take up to two minutes to heat and can become very hot.
- Fence
- The entire property is fully fenced.
- Washer & Dryer
- Located in the garage (large silver Quonset hut). Ask for the access code if locked.
- Guests
- Please ask Bolton or Jamie before inviting guests. For insurance purposes, all guests must be booked through HipCamp.
- Septic system
- Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, condoms, makeup wipes, or paper towels. These items will clog the septic pump.
- Quiet hours
- 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Sun–Thu); 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Fri–Sat)
- Parking
- Park only in designated areas. Do not block walkways, doors, or driveways.
- Firewood
- Use by permission only. Limited supply available. Firewood may be purchased at Home Depot or Lowe’s.
- Fires
- Fires must be in a portable off-ground pit or designated pit. No fires in grass areas or during county fire bans.
- Personal property
- Owners are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Secure all belongings properly.
